Return And Exchange Policy
1. All returns must be reported within 5 business days of receiving merchandise and will only be given a credit against future purchases or exchange merchandise.
2. Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise or if it is the fault of Look By M, inc.
3. If a return is made and merchandise is not defective or is not the fault of Look By M, the return will not be processed and the customer will be charged return shipping costs and any additional costs resulting from the return.
4. All return merchandise must be in original packaging.
How To Report A Return
To initiate a return please call or email us at email@example.com.
One of our representatives will contact you shortly thereafter to discuss the reason for the return. If it is due to damaged items, we will request that you email us pictures of the damaged area after which you will be issued a credit memo to be used against future purchases.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a valid RMA.
After the RMA is issued the return merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days. If merchandise is received after this time period, customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
